Pam has worked as a certified dental assistant for 30 years. She is proud to be a native North Carolinian. Her career has been varied and busy, including work as a dental assistant, teaching radiology and assisting, consulting with new dentistry practices, and now as the business manager of New Hope Dental Care. Pam and her husband have a dog and three cats, and they love spending their free time together!

Carol, Dental Hygienist
Carol has practiced as a dental hygienist for 33 years and loves what she does! She has a passion for not only caring for her patients, but also giving them the dental education they need to care for their oral health on an everyday basis.
Carolina, Dental Hygienist
Carolina received her education in dentistry here in North Carolina as well as in her home country, Venezuela. She has been a member of the New Hope Dental Care team since 1999. One of Carolina’s most satisfying activities is making a visit to the dentist a pleasant experience for patients who have had less-than-positive experiences elsewhere!
Tonya, Patient Coordinator
Tonya enjoys helping each patient have the best possible experience during their visit to New Hope Dental Care. She has served at the practice since 2002, and when she’s not working, she is most likely spending time with her family and visiting the mountains of North Carolina!

I’m so happy to have joined the New Hope Dental Care Team!! I enjoy spending time with my dog, Bucky!! I have a daughter who is married and lives in Boston. I have a son who lives in Charlotte. I love my free time with friends! I’m originally from Texas!!

My name is Verónica and I am from Venezuela, I became a dental assistant in 2022. New Hope Dental Care opened the doors for me allowing me to work here, I am learning and having good experiences I love being able to touch a patient’s life in a positive way. Not only giving them a reason to smile, but also enchanting the quality of their life.
Kenia-Rivera, Dental Assistant
Kenia is a dedicated dental assistant with experience starting in 2021. Born and raised in California, Kenia and her family moved to Raleigh in 2016 and a few years later her parents started their food truck business. So in addition to her work in dentistry, Kenia also supports her parents’ food truck business on weekends. Kenia married her husband in 2019 and had her beautiful son Elias in 2023.
