Year-End Wrap With New Hope Dental Clinic, Raleigh NC

It has been an incredible year here at New Hope Dental Care, the best dental clinic in Raleigh, NC, and we wanted to take just a moment to share some of our favorite moments.

In November, we celebrated Veteran’s Day with the rest of the great nation of America, and we shared some special appreciation with our very own Dr. Eric Ladimer. Many of our patients don’t realize Dr. Ladimer is a veteran. We are proud of sharing an office with a man who served our country in the United States Air Force. After completing dental school in 2005, Dr. Ladimer completed a one-year Advanced General Residency with the U.S. Air Force and continued his dentistry work as a member of the Air Force for three years. Dr. Ladimer and the staff here at New Hope Dental have the upmost respect for everyone past, present, and future who serve our country.

Thank you Dr. Ladimer and all of the amazing men and women who protect our country every day.

Community outreach

Our practice is always trying to help the community in some way, and 2019 was no different.

Every year, we help raise awareness and collect donations for several charities. We do a food drive benefitting Wake County food bank each spring. It’s the time of year when they are in the most need because supplies are running low. We are so grateful to everyone who donates, as well as the opportunity to help in any way.

We also hold a pet drive in October to gather supplies for Gala of Pawsibilities with Second Chance Pet Adoptions. We were able to donate lots of blankets, food, toys, and other pet needs this year our 3^rd annual drive, and we look forward to working with our fine, furry friends again next year.

Finally, in December we collect toys for the women’s shelter in Durham so that the kiddos there can feel loved and cared for, and their families can feel the blessings and kindness of the season.

We are accepting donations this year until December 19 right in our office, so please take a moment and drop off a new, unwrapped toy or gift for a child in need. The love of our patients is part of what makes our dental clinic the best in Raleigh, NC.

In with the New

Heading into 2020, we are excited to welcome some new team members on board!

Tracey is our newest Dental Assistant and has been in the dental field since 1992. She attended Bowen Gray School of Medicine in Winston Salem in 1996 and received her DAII certificate. She takes pride in getting to know her patients while educating them and fulfilling their every need. She is a proud wife, mother of two, and grandmother of two. She believes in family values because family is precious in the eyesight of God. She enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family.

Jen is our new Patient Coordinator. She started working in the field of dentistry 25 years ago and loves meeting new patients, hearing their stories, and making them smile every day! Jen married her best friend of 29 years, and they have two amazing college bound kids and a very active & lovable lab.  Jen has told is she is very excited to be working with such great people and looks forward to meeting our customers, new and returning, soon.

Always Improving

The new year will also provide lots of new opportunities for staff education and new tools for the practice.

Dr. Ladimer and our staff are always learning and continuing their education to keep up with the latest and greatest trends and techniques in dental care. We are also always working to better the office with the finest new technology.

We don’t just say this to toot our own horn or collect certificates for the wall or new tooth toys for the office. We do it all so that we are able to provide the best, most up-to-date care for our patients. We care for them like family and want them to look forward to coming to visit our office.
